"Food with the wow Factor at Bombay Bay" - Carol Godsmark, News Food Critic
|

Food ***** Atmosphere **** Service **** "Bombay Bay, part of the Kingston Road Gandhi empire some 12 brothers and cousins who operate three restaurants - opened its doors, overlooking Southsea Marina, 18 months ago. Lahin Karim, the chef who floats between the three kitchens, has modernised his menus, creating more healthy food with less ghee, more olive oil and crunchy vegetables and has instructed his chefs to present a more visual feast of food on rather smart plates. The restaurant has a bird's eye view of the sea and Hayling Island. It has smart pale yellow and burgundy walls with muted modern seafaring artefacts. Sunseekers can indulge themselves on the broad balcony." To read the full Bombay Bay review by Carol Godsmark, please click here.
